Matcha Keto Fat Bomb Ball Recipe

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Pepita Butter aka - pumpkin seed butter
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder - I used Vega Sport
  • 1-2 tbsp Krisda Stevia Sweetener - or more to taste
  • 1 tbsp Sugar Free Syrup - I like to make my own syrup out of Krisda sweetener
  • 1 tsp Matcha Powder I'd recommend Bulletproof Samurai Matcha

Instructions

  • Combine the pumpkin seed butter, the sweetener and the matcha powder together.
  • Next slowly pour in the syrup, if your mixture is already a good texture you can omit the syrup.
  • When the mixture is ready, create some truffle sized balls and place in the fridge for about 30 mins.
  • Feel free to melt some chocolate and coat the balls or you you can roll them in crushed nuts or seeds.
