Pepita Butter aka - pumpkin seed butter
Vanilla Protein Powder
- I used Vega Sport
Krisda Stevia Sweetener
- or more to taste
Sugar Free Syrup
- I like to make my own syrup out of Krisda sweetener
I'd recommend Bulletproof Samurai Matcha
Combine the pumpkin seed butter, the sweetener and the matcha powder together.
Next slowly pour in the syrup, if your mixture is already a good texture you can omit the syrup.
When the mixture is ready, create some truffle sized balls and place in the fridge for about 30 mins.
Feel free to melt some chocolate and coat the balls or you you can roll them in crushed nuts or seeds.
