Vegan Meatloaf Low Carb Recipe: -Below-
Vegan Meatloaf Low Carb Recipe
- 2 beyond meat burgers thawed
- 1/2 cup ground blanched almond slices coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
Generous Pinch of the following:
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- Preheat your oven 375°
- Prepare a small loaf tin by greasing it and then covering the sides and bottom with parchment paper
- Knead your Thawed Burger Meat, and Almond meal, Chopped Onion and spices until combined
- Add in 1 tbsp of your tomato paste and mix
- Press your Meatloaf Mixture into your prepared loaf pan
- Top your meatloaf with more tomato paste in order to cover the top
- Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until it's cooked through
