Ingredients

  • 2 beyond meat burgers thawed
  • 1/2 cup ground blanched almond slices coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste

Generous Pinch of the following:

  • marjoram
  • thyme
  • rosemary
  • oregano
  • basil

Garnish

  • 1 tbsp tomato paste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven 375°
  • Prepare a small loaf tin by greasing it and then covering the sides and bottom with parchment paper
  • Knead your Thawed Burger Meat, and Almond meal, Chopped Onion and spices until combined
  • Add in 1 tbsp of your tomato paste and mix
  • Press your Meatloaf Mixture into your prepared loaf pan
  • Top your meatloaf with more tomato paste in order to cover the top
  • Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until it's cooked through
