So I can imagine you are probably wondering what the heck is in this Vegan Keto Vegetable Soup that is so helpful? You need to know that It’s all about the Spices!!! This Soup contains a Blend of Turmeric, Garlic, Ginger, and Chilli, all of which are full of antibacterial properties!!

This Vegan Keto Vegetable Soup will help keep you stay hydrated! You already know staying hydrated is super important for everyday life (in order for your body to function normally) but staying hydrated is also super important when you are Sick!
Having more liquids while you are ill can help you loosen up any mucus that you have in your nose/head (eww i know), and you need to combat the prevalent dehydration that can occur because of a fever! Vegan Keto Vegetable Soup Recipe:
Vegan Keto Vegetable Healing Soup
- Crock Pot
- 5 Cloves Garlic fresh minced
- 2 Tsps Powdered Turmeric
- 1 Tsp Chilli Powder
- 8 Cups Boiling Water
- 1 Cube Vegetable Bouillon
- 1 Tsp Powdered Ginger
- 1/2 Tsp Pepper
- Salt according to your preference
- 2 Cups Broccoli Florets
- 2/3 Cup Green Pepper
- 1/3 Cup Celery
- 2 Cups Cauliflower
- 1 Cup Onion
- 2 Cups Cabbage
- Prepare and Chop your Vegetables
- Boil the Needed Amount of water in a Kettle
- Add in your Bouillon Vegetable Cubes to your Crock Pot with Your Boiled Water and Stir
- Crush your Garlic and add it in the crock pot
- Stir in the rest of your Spices
- Turn on your Crock Pot to High and Cook for 4-6 Hours (never leave it fully unintended, stir the soup once in a while to check tenderness of vegetables)
