Vegan Keto Protein Bar – Contagiously Delicious Recipe!
This Vegan Keto Protein Bar recipe MAKES 3 Protein Bars or more/less depending on the size you make them! Let’s say you do end up diving this recipe into 3 bars (using the same or similar ingredients to mine) then the Macros for 1 out of the 3 bars will be 142 – Calories 10g – Protein and 2 – Net Carbs. That’s pretty good if you ask me!
When I’m traveling or when I’m really… really hungry I can definitely appreciate a handy store bought protein bar. (although I will say- come across a Vegan Keto Protein Bar where I live is darn near impossible!) BUT that appreciation is always short lived and then soon after I will regret eating it once I’ve looked at the packaging and see that it was chalked full of sugar and carbs!
How this vegan keto protein bar recipe came into existence:
Last winter I ended up doing a bit more traveling the usual and I realized with all the traveling I was doing, I would want to have a protein bar to take with me! And because finding anything vegan and or keto is almost darn near impossible in my hometown I knew I must resort to making my own Vegan Keto Protein Bar which is exactly how this one came to be! To bring these on the road with me I would just pop them in a reusable dish or baggie!
Speaking Of the Vegan Keto Protein Bar Recipe… below I Have inserted a graphic with the recipe on it, I just felt that it was a nice change from the usual recipe format that my other posts have! Do you like this style of recipe better or do you like the other format?

I often find myself praying to God when I’m scared… he brings me comfort and I rest in the fact that there is no one greater than He. Meaning no one can snatch me from he and there is nothing God/Jesus can’t do! The other comforting fact I can rest in is that God can always work a broken and scary situation into something Good for those that love him! Wow God is good. If you don’t know the depth of his Love yet please ask him into your heart – it will be the best thing you have ever done!!
Just a few notes about the vegan keto protein bar recipe: The recipe is quite adaptable, meaning you don’t have to use the same exact ingredients as I did! So for example: If you feel like switching up the walnuts for pecans or macadamias you can do that! Or if you don’t like cashew milk you can feel free to change it up for another plant based milk!
I’d say the most important thing to be mindful of when making this recipe is the texture – because this vegan protein bar recipe is a no bake recipe, you must be mindful not to make the texture too wet or too dry!
