Vegan Keto Cookie Dough

-Not only is this cookie dough Vegan Keto… it’s also packed full of protein – A whopping 33 grams and only 4 net carbs💪💪😆 This recipe is big enough to eat in 2 servings but sometimes I like to enjoy the WHOLE thing!

Is Cookie Dough anyone else’s Favourite Dessert? Growing up I would I always sneak the Pillsbury Cookie Dough anytime I had a chance…. but now that I’m older and more sophisticated I make my own hahaha … and this one is actually safe to eat and surprisingly healthy – Can’t beat that!

On this particular day I actually decided I wouldn’t have the Vanilla version of the Vegan Keto Cookie Dough but instead I would have a Double Chocolate one! To do this I just added some Chocolate Protein Powder in place of the Vanilla Protein Powder!

Vegan Keto Cookie Dough

A Vegan Keto Cookie Dough that is actually safe to eat raw and it's even healthy! This recipe is packed full of Protein, it's Dairy Free, Egg Free,Vegan, Keto and even Gluten Free yay!

  • 40 grams Vanilla Pea Protein Powder ( I like Vega Sport)
  • 2 tsp Almond Butter or any other nut butter
  • 1 tbsp Vegan Butter/ Margarine
  • 1/2 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1-3 tbsp Cashew Milk or any other plant based milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Krisda Stevia Sweetener
  • ¼ oz Unsweetened Bakers Chocolate


  •  Melt the margarine,nut butter and coconut oil in a bowl.
  • Mix in the vanilla and the pea protein powder with the melted ingredients .
  • Next slowly mix in 1 tsp of cashew milk at a time until you get it as thick or as thin as you want.
  • Chop the chocolate you are using and then add it in to your cookie dough!
  • Place the cookie dough in the freezer for about 10 minutes so your cookie dough can thicken up… plus it tastes better cold!


Quick Notes: Feel free to add any pea protein powder brand that you want – just make sure you only add in the plant based milk 1 tsp at a time until you get the texture! Also you can swap out the nut butter and plant milk for your favourites!
