Vegan Keto Cauliflower Hummus – Taco Inspired!
I don’t know about you but Hummus has been a Staple for me for quite a while and I wasn’t about to let Keto stop that so I made my own out of Cauliflower!
You can definitely just make a Traditional garlic flavoured hummus but I felt like doing something Different so I made mine Taco Flavoured and it was actually Delicious!! Check out the recipe below – This one is from my Instagram Page from a while back!

Keto Cauliflower Hummus- Taco Flavoured
- food processor
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 250 grams frozen cauliflower
- 1-3 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- To make: Thaw your cauliflower! Next blend all the ingredients in a blender until completely smooth and it becomes more like a hummus consistency.
- For a thicker hummus add less water, and if you're not a taco seasoning fan be sure to add your favourite spices instead!
- Serve with your favourite Keto Crackers or Veggies and Enjoy!
