Vegan Keto Walnut Burger!

A super easy to make walnut burger with only a few ingredients – The Lazy Vegans Dream!

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Chia Seed
  • 1 tsp Coconut Flour
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Walnuts
  • 1-2 tsp Any spices you want!
  • 1-2 tbsp Water (the amount of water needed will depend on how absorbent your coconut flour is)

Instructions

  • In a Small food processor or Coffee Grinder add in your Chia Seed, Walnuts, and Coconut Flour and Blend until everything is chopped and no longer whole
  • Place mixture in a bowl and stir in your Spices
  • Next Add in your Water – (the amount of water needed will depend on how absorbent your coconut flour is) add just enough to make a dough that's not dry but not too wet
  • Allow your burger to thicken fuly for a minute or two
  • Fry Burger in a bit of oil and you get your desired browning on both sides
  • Enjoy!
