Rice Cooker Pizza – Sometime you go Keto and you think to yourself “Oh no, now that I don’t eat Rice… when will I use my Rice Cooker?” Fret not… I’ve got you covered! This Rice Cooker recipe is super simple and super delicious, giving you the perfect excuse to use your rice cooker again!
This Pizza Crust is made up of flax, coconut flour, psyllium husk and water – How simple is that? Since rice cookers don’t necessarily crisp things up the pizza crust is softer and more like a bread texture and not hard (if that’s a problem for you then just crisp it up in the oven!)

Rice Cooker Pizza Recipe:
Rice Cooker Pizza Recipe
- rice cooker
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp psyllium husk
- 1/2 cup hot tap water
- Lightly grease your Rice Cooker Pot
- Stir Together your Dry Ingredients
- Add your hot water into your dry ingredients and stir together quickly
- Set dough aside for a minute or two to thicken
- Press your dough into the rice cooker pot and form a circle crust shape
- Cook on High until your Rice Cook Pops up, flip crust if you're able and cook other side
- Once your crust is no longer sticky and uncooked then arrange your desired toppings on top
- Place lid back on top and cook your pizza until your crust and toppings have reached your desired texture
