Matcha Keto Fat Bomb Recipe – Vegan + Gluten Free

Matcha Keto Fat Bombs – a healthy dessert that satisfies hunger and also provides a little extra focus and energy due to all of the awesome properties in the Matcha Powder!

When I originally created this Matcha Keto Fat Bomb recipe I used whatever Matcha we had on hand, actually one that was given to us by a family friend. Since this recipe was created I have tried a Matcha Latte Powder that I like even better and one I feel like it would go even better in this recipe and that is the Bulletproof Samurai Matcha This one is creamy and flavourful and it is also full of good things like MTC oil and Lion’s Mane Mushrooms. Matcha Keto Fat Bomb Ball Recipe

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Pepita Butter aka – pumpkin seed butter
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder – I used Vega Sport
  • 1-2 tbsp Krisda Stevia Sweetener – or more to taste
  • 1 tbsp Sugar Free Syrup – I like to make my own syrup out of Krisda sweetener
  • 1 tsp Matcha Powder I'd recommend Bulletproof Samurai Matcha

Instructions

  • Combine the pumpkin seed butter, the sweetener and the matcha powder together.
  • Next slowly pour in the syrup, if your mixture is already a good texture you can omit the syrup.
  • When the mixture is ready, create some truffle sized balls and place in the fridge for about 30 mins.
  • Feel free to melt some chocolate and coat the balls or you you can roll them in crushed nuts or seeds.
