This Low carb Mug Bread Recipe is Microwave friendly, Vegan, Gluten Free and only takes a few minutes to make! I know I call this a mug recipe but to make the final product more bread like- I poured the batter is a square dish for a nice shape to emulate a slice of bread!

As I said earlier don’t feel like you need to make this in a square glass dish like I did! Of course you can make this Low Carb “Mug” Bread Recipe in a Mug… it will just be circular and well look like a bun instead of bread!
