Kohlrabi Fries Recipe – Vegan Keto Appetizer!!

Are Kohlrabi Fries the Perfect Keto Vegan Appetizer? You bet! I know eating a Keto can be difficult when you’re missing all of your favourite starchy foods like Pasta and Potatoes BUT Fear Not.. Kohlrabi Fries – Keto Vegan Recipe!

Vegan and Keto Kohlrabi Fries 🍟🍟

-Recipe:

To make: Peel and chop the Kohlrabi into fries sized pieces!

Next place Kohlrabi fries into a bowl with 1 to 2 tsps of your favourite oil( I used olive oil)

Shake the oil on the fries and then add desired spices. I added salt, pepper and garlic but you can add anything

Bake at 425 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes

Flip the kohlrabi fries and return them to oven for another 5 to 7 minutes πŸ˜†
