Keto Vegan Pizza Crust Recipe

This Keto Vegan Pizza Crust is super easy to make and better yet it’s delicious! The ingredients for this recipe are simple: almond meal, pea protein, olive oil ….. This crust recipe is completely gluten free, soy free and vegan! What I think I love most about this crust is that it only take a few minutes to make and then pop it in the oven and DONE!

I ended up Pairing my finished BBQ Pizza with a turmeric vanilla latte and it was a surprisingly good pairing but if you ask me if I think Turmeric Lattes go with everything the answer is Yes!

Once this Keto Vegan Pizza Crust was baked and ready for toppings.. I knew I wanted to make it somewhat different from the usual pizza toppings I would choose! Or at least put a new spin on things so I made this a BBQ Pizza!

In order to make this Pizza a BBQ Pizza I ended up covering the baked keto vegan pizza crust with a low sugar bbq sauce rather the traditional tomato sauce! After that I added Almond Mozza Cheese from my almond cheese recipe post. Once my cheese was in place I cut up my favourite pizza veggies (olives, peppers, onions, thinly sliced mushrooms) and arranged them accordingly on the almond cheese and finally i sprinkled on top some nutritional yeast and a Bbq spice mix on top of everything! – YUM!

You will notice most of my recipes call for Almond Meal versus Almond Flour! That is because I can’t actually buy Almond Flour where I live, which means I have to make almond meal instead with blanched almond slices that i grind in my coffee grinder!

I’ve created many Pizza crust recipes but this keto vegan pizza crust is near and dear to my heart … well the taste is anyways and that may just be because I love the BBQ flavours I added to it after but regardless when I’d actually make a recipe twice it says something!
