This Keto Vanilla Mug Cake is Simple and so are it’s Ingredients: Coconut Flour, Almond Flour, Baking Powder, Coconut Oil, Monk Fruit Sweetener, Vanilla Extract and Flax Meal! Following along with the simple theme of the Ingredients, the Instructions are just as Simple -Basically stir everything, pop them it in a mug and Microwave for 2 minutes!
I made this Keto Vanilla Mug Cake as an Easter Treat but I think I just wanted an excuse to decorate and devour a dense, moist vanilla cake!
