Keto Falafel – Vegan and Gluten Free Recipe:
Sometimes you go keto and then you end up missing falafels – so your only option is to make your own Keto Falafel Recipe! This is also Vegan, Gluten free and Soy Free + I can promise you these Keto Falafels won’t make you “feel awful” after eating them haha – that’s totally not an overused joke at all!
Now I must admit that I’m no expert falafel maker, so the spices may not be traditional but of course you can adjust it to your specific preferences! I think most of the recipes I make I try to make them adaptable because I know we all have different tastes!
What does Keto Falafel go well with?
This Keto Falafel is perfect for your cauliflower rice dishes, salads, low carb wraps, work lunches and the list goes on! I mean of course even if you’re not keto, vegan or low carb -you can still totally enjoy these Keto Falafels!
Actually now that I think about it – you could totally eat these keto falafels with the Keto Hummus I made a few posts ago…. it’s a taco hummus but of course you can omit the taco seasoning and use other spices like garlic or any spices you think would taste great with your falafels!
