Easy Keto Tortilla Chips Lazy Recipe with Vegan Cashew Dip!
These Easy Keto Tortilla Chips and Vegan Cashew Dip are for the days where you want an Amazing Snack or Lunch but don’t want to go to all the fuss of making it from scratch! You can make Crispy Crunchy Tortilla Chips just by cutting a low carb wrap into triangles and baking it in the oven! Find out how to do exactly that and how to make this delicious cashew dip below!
Easy Keto Tortilla Chips Method:
-Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
– Next pick out your favourite low carb wrap and lightly rub olive oil on the front and back of the wrap.
-Sprinkle salt and chilli spices on top of the wrap and then cut the wrap up into desired sized triangle pieces!!
-Place triangles on a lightly greased baking sheet and place in the oven for about 10 mins or until triangles are brown and crispy!!
-Serve with Cashew Dip (recipe below)

Vegan Cashew Dip Recipe:
-Soak a 1/2cup of cashews overnight in hot water (if you have a high powdered blender you can skip soaking and just blend all of the ingredients together until smooth, if you use this method you may need a tiny bit more oil or tahini for a creamier dip!)
-Drain soaked cashews and place in a blender with:
– 1/4 cup chopped cooked white onion
– 1 tsp of tahini
– 1 tsp olive oil
– 1 garlic powder
– 1/2 tsp xantham gum
– 1/2 tsp sea salt
– 2 tablespoon water
– Blend all ingredients until smooth and serve in a bowl!
