Definitely Garnish these Almond Meal Shortbread Cookies how ever you want to!! I personally used roasted macadamias for the top but you can use – dries fruit, maraschino cherries or any nut – basically anything you’d like to use and eat afterwards!

You have probably realized by now after seeing some of my different cookie recipes that I never seem to get the shape of the cookies right haha it’s something I need to work on! Regardless of their shape, these almond meal shortbread cookies taste wonderful!
