2 Ingredient Fat Bombs -Protein Packed Recipe – Dare I say the perfect snack to satisfy your sweet tooth, satiate your hunger and help you meet your protein goals for the day! Oh and did I mention how easy this recipe really is!

2 ingredient fat bombs

To make these 2 Ingredient Fat Bombs all you need is some Coconut Oil and Your favourite Protein Powder! Of course I used a Vegan one but you can use whichever type you’d like (probably a less gritty one for best results!

If you do want to use a Vegan Protein Powder too – I’d recommend Vega Protein! I’ve been using them since 2010 and I love them!! (my favourite flavour is their Mocha Sport Protein – oh my gosh so good!) I’ve attached a free shipping link below in case you want some Vega Protein too!

2 Ingredient Fat Bombs!

These Fat Bombs will crush any sweet cravings, satiate your hunger and help you hit your protein goals! Did I also mention just how easy these are to make?
Prep Time2 mins
Chilling Time1 hr

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Coconut Oil
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder (use your favourite, the less gritty the better)

Instructions

  • Mix your melted coconut oil and your protein powder together until no clumps appear.
  • Pour your mixture in fat bomb molds and place in the fridge or freezer to set.

**TIPS**

  • -Before you pour the mixture into your molds place your mold on a baking tray so it's easier to move into the fridge or freezer
