2 Ingredient Fat Bombs -Protein Packed Recipe – Dare I say the perfect snack to satisfy your sweet tooth, satiate your hunger and help you meet your protein goals for the day! Oh and did I mention how easy this recipe really is!
To make these 2 Ingredient Fat Bombs all you need is some Coconut Oil and Your favourite Protein Powder! Of course I used a Vegan one but you can use whichever type you’d like (probably a less gritty one for best results!
If you do want to use a Vegan Protein Powder too – I’d recommend Vega Protein! I’ve been using them since 2010 and I love them!! 2 Ingredient Fat Bombs!
- ½ cup Coconut Oil
- 1 scoop Protein Powder (use your favourite, the less gritty the better)
- Mix your melted coconut oil and your protein powder together until no clumps appear.
- Pour your mixture in fat bomb molds and place in the fridge or freezer to set.
- -Before you pour the mixture into your molds place your mold on a baking tray so it's easier to move into the fridge or freezer
